Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end management of customer

programs and projects for Fu Yu Singapore, supporting customers globally. This role

oversees multiple programs across different stages of the product lifecycle, from

project initiation and development through NPI and mass production.

In addition to direct project ownership, the Program Manager leads, mentors, and

manages a team of Program Engineers, ensuring disciplined program execution, crossfunctional

alignment, and consistent delivery performance across Fu Yu’s regional

manufacturing sites.
