Job Description

• Plan, review, and release production orders to the shop floor
• Understand customer specifications and order requirements
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure on-time order completion
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve production and procurement issues to minimize disruptions
• Communicate changes to product specifications or delivery schedules to relevant departments
• Provide regular and proactive updates to customers, including potential delays
• Oversee warehouse/store operations
• Ensure availability and preparation of packing materials for shipments

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in production planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team

Additional Information

• 5-day work week
