Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the deliverables of the Milling and Turning sections to meet production requirements.

• Ensure First Article (FA) process stability, achieving the shortest possible cycle time at optimal cost.

• Adhere to job commitments by planning and providing accurate delivery dates.

• Prepare, document, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and procedures in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD and CAM applications.

• Proficient in SolidWorks and Hypermill (advantageous).

• Hands-on machine setup experience on Horizontal CNC Machining Centres is preferred.

• Strong understanding of machining processes for milling and turning.

• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

• Good documentation discipline and attention to detail.
