Job Summary

As a Principal Field Application Engineer at Stellarchip Technologies, you will promote semiconductor big data software, manage projects, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product functionality and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate semiconductor big data analysis software functions to customers to support pre-sales and after-sales technical needs
• Deliver user training and provide application consulting to optimize customer use of software products
• Collect and analyze customer requirements to design product prototypes aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement and refine software functions
• Manage projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, communicating requirements, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Identify and evaluate new application scenarios to expand product capabilities and improve competitiveness
• Support frequent business trips to engage with clients and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related science and engineering fields
• 6-10 years of semiconductor-related experience with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing data types such as Inline data, defect, WAT, CP data, FT data
• Familiarity with yield analysis methods is preferred
• Experience with PDE/PIE is preferred
• Proficiency with analysis software such as JMP, Spotfire, or Minitab is preferred
• Familiarity with databases and programming skills in Java or Python is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through previous work
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across functions
• Responsible and proactive work attitude with a passion for learning new technologies
