Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with an established track record in major building and construction projects. With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join their project team and oversee construction planning and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays or potential risks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams on project planning and progress.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates and recovery plans for management review.
• Analyse project programmes and recommend mitigation measures to maintain project timelines.
• Attend project meetings and provide planning updates to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, activities and key project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Support project teams in managing variations, extensions of time and programme-related matters.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved schedules, quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in building or civil construction.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience working with A1 Main Contractors will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Working days: 5.5 Days

• Salary : up to S$11,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
