Our client is a global technology and infrastructure solutions company supporting international operations across multiple markets.

Role: Permit Officer / Permit Declarant

Salary: Up to $3,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location: East

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities

• Check supplier pricing, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Prepare and process Letter of Credit (LC) applications and related documentation.
• Handle customs-related activities, including permit declarations and duty permits.
• Ensure import/export documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in import/export, logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or 3PL environments, or possess a Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate.
• 2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with permit declarations and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
