Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and rehearse for performances, ensuring readiness for scheduled shows or events.
• Engage with audiences and adapt performances to suit audience types.
• Take direction from creative professionals and incorporate feedback to enhance performance quality.
• Contribute ideas to improve or modify performances, bringing fresh perspectives to the artistic process.
• Understand the technical aspects of performances, costume, makeup, and other performance-related requirements to ensure the overall quality of the performance.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one form of performance art (acting, singing, dancing, music, etc.).
• Experience in live performances, or related fields is preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for the arts and a dedication to continuous improvement.
