Job Summary

Manage the full cycle of performing artiste coordination, including show scheduling, auditions, rehearsals, role allocation, and collaboration with producers to ensure seamless, high-quality stage performances.

Responsibilities

• Arrange show lists and coordinate performer schedules to optimize event flow
• Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify suitable candidates for performing artiste roles
• Assess individual performers’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
• Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust plans as needed to meet production requirements
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and updates effectively
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards during shows
• Coordinate with other artistes and band members to fine-tune performances and ensure readiness for live stage production
• Build and maintain teamwork among artistes to foster a collaborative and supportive performance environment
