PERFORMANCE ARTIST CUM F&B EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and talented individual to join our restaurant team as a Performance Artist Cum F&B Executive.

This is a unique role that combines live entertainment, guest engagement and hands-on restaurant operations. The successful candidate should be comfortable performing in front of guests while also being willing to take on regular F&B service duties.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Full-time position
• 6 working days per week
• 12 hours per working day

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform live entertainment for restaurant guests
• Engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Create an enjoyable and lively atmosphere within the restaurant
• Participate in performances, themed events and special occasions
• Entertain guests through suitable performance skills such as singing, dancing, magic, comedy, hosting, musical performance or other talents
• Be confident and comfortable performing in front of groups of customers
• Communicate and interact with guests during performances when appropriate
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage customers to enjoy their time at the restaurant
• Work closely with the management team to plan and execute entertainment activities

🍽️ F&B SERVICE

When not performing, the successful candidate will be expected to actively support the restaurant's daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and serve restaurant guests
• Take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks to tables
• Clear and reset tables
• Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Assist with cashiering and other operational duties when required
• Handle customer enquiries professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

RESTAURANT CLEANLINESS & GENERAL DUTIES

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Keep tables, service areas and other guest areas clean and presentable
• Assist with clearing tables and cleaning after service
• Ensure restaurant equipment and service areas are properly maintained
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the management team
