Position: Payroll Assistant
Salary: Up to $3,200
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: 5 days work week, 08:00am - 05:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll related activities which include timely & accurate payment of employees' salaries and accurate maintenance of complete and systematic payroll records in compliance with government bodies using Time Software and Excel
• Administer the leave module
• Prepare and Submit NS MUP, Childcare, Maternity Leave Claims, and File Form IR21 (Tax Clearance for Foreigner)
• Update and maintain accurate employees' records in HRIS system
• Update and maintain employee's daily attendance
• Administer the e-leave / e-attendance program / software to run and generate report smoothly
• Process payment voucher upon completion of exit clearance for all resignation/ termination/ dismissal
• Answer all employees' enquiries regarding payroll related issues
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Min A-Level with 2 years' Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, and knowledgeable in Time Software
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised, and meticulous with eye for details
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
• A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, interactive and ability to work independently
