Job Summary

Lead daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow, manage manpower and inventory, uphold hygiene standards, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain food quality according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities to ensure efficient outlet workflow and service delivery
• Plan, schedule, and manage manpower to optimize kiosk performance and customer service
• Order and control inventory from suppliers to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction
• Conduct orientation and training sessions to onboard and develop new staff effectively
• Enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards to comply with company and regulatory requirements
• Prepare stir fry dishes and portion sauces precisely according to company recipes and standards
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management to support outlet success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field supporting managerial responsibilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills to foster teamwork and effective staff management
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work setting
