Our Client, an established bakery specialising in healthy pastries, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Sales/Management:

• Hold a weekly meetings with management/sales to review sales forecasts, customer orders, and delivery schedules for the coming week

• Use sales data to adjust production schedules

• Suggest product portfolio amendments to optimize production, resources and timely delivery using product master database
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing bakery experience

• Need to have baking knowledge

• Need to be hands on to assist

• Proficient in SOPs and ISO management for bakery

• Experience with food products for supermarkets shelves (retail products) is a plus

• Experience in leading R&D projects

• Manage a team of 15/20

• Proficient in SOPs and ISO/Halal management for bakery

• Must be from Production Bakery Industry (Gluten Free or Vegan is a plus)
