Job Purpose

The incumbent will oversee the manpower fulfillment and day to day site operations, ensuring Client Success is achieved by executing and following through on operational, recruitment, rostering and reporting responsibilities.

Description of Responsibilities

Operations

Comprehend operational requirements from Client

Communicate implementation method with Supervisors

Follow through on implementation ensuring adherence

Manpower Planning and Rostering

Comprehend manpower requirements and rostering

Advertise and recruit required manpower without over deploying

Onboard new hires on their first day on site

Rostering and Attendance

Prepare the duty roster 2-weeks prior

Distribute the duty roster 1-week prior

Ensure duty roster is adhered to and discipline accordingly if not

Reporting

Prepare all necessary reports and attendance sign-in documents for use

Ensure attendance sign-in is accurate and complies to requirements for ease of billing

Archive all attendances and reports in an organized manner (site and in HQ)
