*Operations / Facilities Executive (Cleaning & FM) – Singapore*

We are a growing cleaning & facilities management company looking for a *reliable, hands-on Operations Executive* who can manage sites, handle clients, and solve problems independently.

If you need constant supervision, this role is not for you.

### 🔧 What You Will Be Responsible For

* Manage multiple cleaning sites across Singapore

* Ensure manpower attendance and arrange replacements when needed

* Handle client communication and resolve issues promptly

* Conduct site inspections and maintain service standards

* Coordinate with cleaners, supervisors, and management

* Solve day-to-day operational problems without escalation

### ✅ What We Are Looking For

* Experience in *cleaning, facilities management, or manpower operations*

* Able to work on-site and not just from office

* Comfortable handling frontline workers (e.g. Bangladesh, Myanmar, India workers)

* Strong sense of *responsibility and urgency*

* Good communication skills (English required)

* Responsive on WhatsApp and able to act fast

* Driving license will be advantage

### 💰 Salary & Benefits

* Base salary: $3,000 – $3,500 (depending on experience)

* KPI bonus: Up to $600/month based on performance
