The Opportunity
This role sits within the quality function and is responsible for driving quality systems, ensuring compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across operations. You will work cross-functionally with global stakeholders to enhance quality standards and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality systems are effectively implemented and maintained
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory specifications
• Establish and drive quality standards aligned with global quality management systems
• Define and implement quality procedures in collaboration with operational teams
• Develop and maintain control processes and documentation frameworks
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and produce quality reports
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training, tools, and methodologies to support quality excellence across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in quality, operations, or customer-facing quality roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Experience working within structured quality management systems
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Strong communication skills, including presenting technical information to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work within defined processes while exercising sound judgment
