Information:

• Salary range: $2500 - $3500 Basic + $300 Standby Allowance
• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am-2.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians (Majority China nationals).
• Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing.
• Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop.
• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.
• Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.
• Assist service notifications, inventory replenish, and tools & equipment maintenance.
• Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts and standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

• Experience supervising workers in automotive workshop environment
• Experience in manpower deployment of drivers is preferred
