Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school bus operations, including arrival, dismissal, and ASA bus movements.

• Plan and optimize bus routes using GPS and performance data.

• Coordinate fleet allocation and ensure buses meet safety and maintenance standards.

• Supervise drivers and bus attendants to ensure professionalism and punctuality.

• Enforce safety protocols and support student behaviour management on buses.

• Handle emergency situations such as breakdowns, accidents, and delays.

• Manage address change requests and ensure updates are implemented accurately.

• Process and coordinate ad-hoc/field trip bus bookings and provide on-ground support.

• Maintain accurate documentation, safety records, and compliance reports.

• Liaise with school staff, parents, and internal teams for smooth daily operations.
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations/fleet and administrative roles.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to handle early reporting time.

• Class 3 license is an advantage
