Job Title: Operation Executive

Job Description

The Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, supporting process improvements, and coordinating between departments to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance, HR) to support business functions.
• Monitor and track operational performance against targets and KPIs.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle documentation, reporting, and record-keeping related to operations.
• Manage vendor, supplier, or client coordination for operational matters.
• Support in inventory management, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Identify areas of process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship exposure may also apply).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
