Job Description 

• Handle inbound leads from various sources 

• Assist the customers in selecting the most appropriate signage 

• Prepare quotation based on customer’s requirements

• Collect payment 

• Communicate customer’s requirements clearly to the departments downstream

• Ensure on-time delivery 

• Candidates with background in Signage, Interior Design and Architecture preferred 

Responsibilities 

• Prompt response within set guidelines 

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure the collection of full payment
