Key Responsibilities

· Basic knowledge of vessel stowage to achieve maximum utilization, optimum sailing condition for vessels,and optimum productivity for loading and discharging ports.

· Calculate slot/space requirements for capacity management in Asia region.

· Manage slot sharing with partners.

· Manage vessels’ schedule and maintain KPI.

· Manage daily vessel operations.

· Management reporting and support to headquarters.

Candidate Requirement

· Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Maritime Transportation or Nautical Studies.

· Minimum 2 years working experience in container shipping industry.

· Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Able to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays when required.

· Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Working knowledge of CASP is essential but not necessary.

· Believe in team-driven culture.

· The ability to speak various languages is also welcome.
