Responsibilities

• Apply multidisciplinary design skills to resolve complex technical challenges, coordinating effectively with structural, civil, and architectural teams.
• Lead technical reviews and quality assurance processes for MEP components, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery models including direct client engagements, alliances, and design-and-construct methods.
• Support business development activities, contribute to bids, and build internal networks to expand the Planning and Design team’s influence.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic engineering or a related building services discipline.
• 10 to 15 years' experience in infrastructure project delivery, with a strong portfolio in aviation and complex precincts.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments, including experience as Project Manager.
• Expertise in constructability, procurement strategies, and full lifecycle project management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.
