• Basic $3,200 to $5,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, implementation and coordination of M&E works at construction sites.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams on installation schedules and site requirements.

• Monitor work progress and workmanship against approved drawings and project specifications.

• Assist in preparing M&E coordination drawings and structural penetration shop drawings for approval.

• Liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers on drawing submissions and coordination matters.

• Review relevant main contract and subcontract requirements with guidance from the project team.

• Support the team in ensuring works meet project timelines, quality standards and safety requirements.

• Follow up on site issues and carry out other project-related duties as assigned.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

• No prior construction experience is required; training will be provided.

• Candidates with relevant internship or M&E project experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to learn, ask questions and follow through on assigned tasks.

• Comfortable working at construction sites and communicating with different project stakeholders.
