Job Description

• To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
• To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
• Review project specifications,technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.
• Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in construction environment.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor or Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD,Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences in working in large,scale projects.
• Candidate with Condo experience advantage.
• To be based in project site office.
