M & E COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities:

· Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, sub-contractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications

· Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule

· Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission

· Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision

· Identify discrepancies, assess and recommend M&E sub-contractors claims

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superioror Management

Requirements:

· Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· Well versed in AutoCAD

· Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage

· Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Singaporein Commercial / Building / Civil Projects, completed at least one project cycle.
