Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Mon – Thu, 8:30am – 6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary Range: Up to $3,200 per month + VB

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events)
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize and coordinate events, conferences, and exhibitions
• Oversee and coordinate the creation and production of marketing collateral
• Co-maintain company websites and co-administer social media accounts with the team
• Assist in the production of publicity materials and ensure brand consistency
• Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors
• Occasionally attend funeral events or accompany operations crews to better understand service delivery (observational only, no handling of the deceased required)
• Support branding efforts, including collaborations with film/media companies
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required, including compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience
• Prior experience in managing digital marketing campaigns is preferred
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
• Able to multi-task effectively and manage projects independently
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a sensitive industry
