About Us
Arch Angel Brow is a leading beauty salon brand with four locations across Singapore. Known for our expertise in eyebrow shaping, semi-permanent makeup, and other premium beauty services, we have been serving our clients for over a decade. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and repeat visits.
• Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and offline channels.
• Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Work closely with the operations team to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners to maximise exposure.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, from creative assets to in-store displays.
• Stay up to date with beauty industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered.)
• Malaysian applicants are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
