Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator@North East

·       Respond to incoming telephone calls and emails

·       Assist the Business Development Team with Sales and Marketing efforts

·       Create and monitor sales quotes for processing sales orders.

·       Organize and oversee shipping timelines to guarantee on-time delivery to the international client.

·       Communicate and collaborate effectively with the freight forwarder and shipment status.

·       Preparing shipments, creating shipping documents, and generating all other necessary paperwork.

·       Oversee and process LC documents for submission to the bank via courier service.

·       Compile monthly sales report on outstanding orders for delivery to accounts at the month's conclusion.

·       Revise daily sales service report and produce sales order, invoice, delivery order, and pro form for new orders.

·       Replenishment of stationery, staff beverages, and staff uniforms

·       Organize and reserve Christmas Eve lunch and CNY opening lunch.

·       Help and backup your peers during their absence

·       Help organize and coordinate travel / hotel reservations / entertainment for Reseller Training purposes.

·       Additional administrative tasks as designated

Requirements:

·       2 years above experience in sales coordination and minimum freight forwarder coordination

·       Should possess strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.

·       Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team member

·       Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·       Detail-oriented, accountable, quick-paced setting with an optimistic work mindset
·       Proficient in both English and Mandarin (required for communication with Chinese-speaking clients)

·       Exclusively Singaporean & SPR

·       Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

·       Probation Period: Six (6) months
