Key Responsibilities

Underwriting & Portfolio Management

• Support underwriting of new and renewal Marine business within delegated authority

• Prepare quotations, renewal terms, and underwriting documentation

• Review risk information and maintain accurate records and reports

• Ensure pricing and terms align with company underwriting guidelines

• Monitor portfolio performance and support loss ratio management

• Conduct required compliance and sanction checks

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and documentation

Business Development Support

• Assist in growing new and existing Marine accounts

• Support portfolio reviews, pricing discussions, and product positioning

• Conduct basic market and distribution analysis to support growth initiatives

• Build and strengthen relationships with intermediaries and business partners

Relationship Management & Service Delivery

• Maintain strong working relationships with brokers and agents

• Respond promptly to queries, endorsements, and policy servicing requests

• Ensure timely submission of quotations, certificates, and policies

• Support adherence to compliance and KYC requirements
