KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Develop, plan, and maintain the production schedule detailing related tasks.
• Plan and monitor capacity requirement for production.
• Liaise closely with procurement and marketing department on the delivery of both packaging and raw materials, and the availability of finished goods for sales orders respectively.
• Maintain Bill of Material, standard routing, Material Master, and manufacturing procedure.
• Use of Lean tools to improve overall machine performance.
• Analyses machine or process issue related to customer complaint and implement effective corrective and preventive action.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Diploma/Degree in Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Production Planning.
• Familiar with basic GMP or other relevant requirements for pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of implementing Six Sigma strategies will be an added advantage.
• SAP Knowledge in the MM/PP module.
