Contract Duration: 3 months contract (renewable).
Work Schedule: 5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday, working 40 hours per week on a night shift schedule (8-hour shifts).
Remote Work: 100% work from home.
Compensation: Salary of $19/hr.
Night Shift Availability: Ability to work night shifts permanently (US working hours) and adapt to changing schedules as required.

Job Duties:

We are seeking a proficient Mandarin Language Translator to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to provide accurate and efficient real-time translation services. This role involves working during night hours to cater to clients across various industries and domains.

Responsibilities:

• Real-time Translation: Provide real-time translation services from Mandarin to English and vice versa during customer interactions.
• Diverse Subject Matter: Translate a variety of subjects ranging from simple to complex, non-technical to technical topics across industries such as healthcare, government, finance, utilities, and more.
• Effective Communication: Ensure accurate and effective communication between customers and call center representatives.
• Customer Assistance: Assist (non-English-speaking) Mandarin speaking client in understanding and resolving their inquiries or issues.
• Professionalism and Confidentiality: Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
