• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Management Trainee
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and renewing company licenses, such as insurance policies, ISO certifications, BCA registrations, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor and verify staff attendance and entry logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients, follow up on payments, and assist in maintaining accurate billing records.
• Update and maintain databases and prepare periodic administrative reports as required.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate administrative processes.
• Provide other administrative support as assigned, such as scheduling meetings, handling enquiries, and ensuring office supplies are maintained.
• Take on ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
