Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a rigorous training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to various aspects of our fleet management operations. You will work closely with senior management to learn about administration, operations management, customer relations, financial analysis, and strategic planning within the fleet management context.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational training modules across different departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Software, Sales, and Finance.
• Assist in the analysis and optimization of fleet management processes.
• Engage with technology teams to understand and contribute to software solutions that enhance fleet management.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand client needs and assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Help manage relationships with existing clients and engage with potential new clients.
• Participate in strategic meetings and provide insights based on data analysis.
• Implement projects and strategies under the guidance of senior managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fleet management and technology solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or experience in the logistics, automotive or fleet management industry.
