• Optimize the recommendation quality and user profile in Company's website, provide users the best shopping experience；
• Combine your understanding of product objectives and take full advantage of modern machine learning, NLP and Multimodal techniques to improve the recommendation result metrics；
• Work with products and DAs, and other engineers to deliver features to drive the experience optimization of products.

Requirements：

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in recommender systems, with solid understanding of system architecture and core components (e.g., recall, ranking, re-ranking, exploration, cold start);
• Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science or a related technical discipline；
• Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure basis in Java/Scala；
• Practical experience in one or more related areas such as NLP, Ads, Search, or Machine Learning；
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in mandarin is a plus, as the role involves collaboration with clients based in China.
