Job Description

About United Petroleum International Holdings Pte. Ltd.
United Petroleum International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding and trading company associated with the energy sector. The company manages equity interests and supports international trading activities related to petroleum and energy products. Its operations focus on asset holding, strategic coordination, and participation in energy-related investments rather than large-scale operations. Its strategic focus is on portfolio management, international market exposure, and long-term value creation in the energy sector.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply & Marine Logistics Scheduler to manage end-to-end fuel supply operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a specialist role requiring deep, hands-on operational experience in ANZ petroleum import logistics, including vessel scheduling, terminal coordination, and port-specific constraints.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and schedule marine fuel cargo movements across Australian and New Zealand ports

· Coordinate vessel nominations, berth allocations, and discharge operations

· Manage cargo specifications, quality control, and inspection processes

· Monitor terminal stock positions and balance supply with regional demand

· Liaise with shipping operators, terminal operators, port authorities, and inspection agencies

· Manage documentation including CQ, COQ, COO and discharge records

· Monitor vessel movements, weather disruptions, congestion, and demurrage exposure

· Coordinate real-time operational responses across multiple stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

· Minimum 5–10 years direct experience in petroleum supply scheduling within Australia and/or New Zealand

· Demonstrated working knowledge of Australian port infrastructure (e.g. berth constraints, tidal windows, draft limitations)

· Strong understanding of ANZ terminal operations and storage systems

· Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and fuel quality specifications

· Established relationships with port authorities, shipping agents, and terminal operators across ANZ

· Experience managing vessel discharge operations in Australian ports

· Experience managing demurrage exposure linked to ANZ congestion and weather conditions

· Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and stakeholders in real-time

Why This Role is Specialist

· Requires market-specific operational knowledge unique to Australia and New Zealand

· Involves real-time decision-making based on local port constraints and infrastructure

· Requires existing relationships and familiarity with the ANZ logistics ecosystem
