Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply & Marine Logistics Scheduler to manage end-to-end fuel supply operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a specialist role requiring deep, hands-on operational experience in ANZ petroleum import logistics, including vessel scheduling, terminal coordination, and port-specific constraints.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and schedule marine fuel cargo movements across Australian and New Zealand ports
· Coordinate vessel nominations, berth allocations, and discharge operations
· Manage cargo specifications, quality control, and inspection processes
· Monitor terminal stock positions and balance supply with regional demand
· Liaise with shipping operators, terminal operators, port authorities, and inspection agencies
· Manage documentation including CQ, COQ, COO and discharge records
· Monitor vessel movements, weather disruptions, congestion, and demurrage exposure
· Coordinate real-time operational responses across multiple stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
· Minimum 5–10 years direct experience in petroleum supply scheduling within Australia and/or New Zealand
· Demonstrated working knowledge of Australian port infrastructure (e.g. berth constraints, tidal windows, draft limitations)
· Strong understanding of ANZ terminal operations and storage systems
· Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and fuel quality specifications
· Established relationships with port authorities, shipping agents, and terminal operators across ANZ
· Experience managing vessel discharge operations in Australian ports
· Experience managing demurrage exposure linked to ANZ congestion and weather conditions
· Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and stakeholders in real-time
