Ensure that warehouse operations at respective floor are executed in accordance with the warehouse procedures and customers’ requirements
Ensure schedule and deadlines are adhered to
Manage Inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of the same to verify results
Exercise good work practices towards Policies and Procedures and understanding of compliance in relation to regulatory bodies
Liaise with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse personnel to establish better working coordination with them
Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and practices
Administration duties as required to ensure daily Inbound / Outbound processed in system
Administration duties as required to ensure all warehouse activities related report to complete as when required
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
