Job Summary

The Branch Officer attends to walk-in customers and business partners, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting loan application and account management processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, professional customer service to maintain the company’s positive image
• Proactively engage customers to ensure a pleasant and smooth appointment experience
• Explain contract terms, loan products, and details clearly to customers for informed decisions
• Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer queries and explain loan procedures over the phone with clarity
• Manage client accounts by entering customer data accurately and maintaining records
• Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing to support branch operations

• Friendly and positive attitude to foster customer rapport
• Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking customers
