Our client is a global industry leader in baby care products with top market share in Singapore & ASEAN region. They are located in the Central Region - Easily Accessible.

The Legal Executive will be responsible for:

• Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and maintain contracts, agreements, policies, SOPs, guidelines, and other legal and corporate documents in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of legal and corporate documents to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential compliance concerns before escalation.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying documentation gaps and recommending practical enhancements to policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
• Gather, consolidate, and prepare reports, data, and presentation materials for Management meetings and corporate planning activities.
• Conduct internal and external reviews to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities, and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the FMCG or related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and document control will be an advantage.
