Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including finance documents, security documents, corporate authorities, legal opinions, and agreements

• Support transactional work, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing matters, as well as conditions precedent and subsequent

• Assist with client onboarding, including KYC checks and matter file opening

• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and corresponding counsel where required

• Attend meetings and closings (physical and remote)

• Conduct research and provide support to both corporate and litigation teams as required

• Maintain accurate records and tracking of application deadlines, submissions, and approvals

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognised university
• Preferably with relevant experience
• Proficiency in writing and communication of English
• Proficiency in MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint and MSOutlook Software applications
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Ability to audio type (receiving dictation) will be a big plus
