Job Description

Source and secure new tenants through leasing agents, referrals, and direct marketing initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including enquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and lease documentation.
Prepare and administer Letters of Offer, tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and related leasing documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with legal, finance, property management, and facilities teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and lease administration.
Monitor lease expiry schedules and proactively engage tenants for lease renewals.
Conduct regular market research and benchmarking on rental rates, occupancy trends, and competitor developments.
Assist in developing leasing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Prepare leasing reports, occupancy reports, rental forecasts, and management presentations.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Address tenant feedback and support the resolution of leasing-related matters
