Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Lead Functional Business Analysts (FBAs) with strong expertise in Automated Workflow (AWF) and OpenText systems. The role focuses on leading business analysis efforts for workflow automation projects, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of automated workflow solutions using OpenText.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement in workflow automation projects.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices.

• Liaise with IT and development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.

• Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment of AWF solutions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with a focus on workflow automation projects.

• Hands-on experience with OpenText and Automated Workflow (AWF) systems.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise system integrations and business process automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of related technologies and project management methodologies.
