Role: Sales Support / Sales Coordinator

Location: Near Clementi Mrt

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm // 9am - 6pm | After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Requirement: 

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering related products [spare parts]
3. Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
4. This role will mainly handle clients from Asia pacific, Singapore, Korea and Australia.

Job Scopes:

• Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
• Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
• Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
• Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
