• Prepare all ingredient assigned by Head Chef / Sous chef

• Cook and plate food items accurately to specifications.

• Ensure the daily kitchen set-up is carried out on time and in accordance to the standards.

• Ensure all work stations and equipment are maintained in a clean and fully operational manner all the time.

Job Requirements

• Prefer working experience in the western restaurant and friendly personality

• Able to communicate in English and Chinese
