Job Summary

You will support daily cafe operations by preparing food and beverages according to SOPs, assisting customer service and kitchen tasks, maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics, and supporting inventory and administrative duties to ensure smooth service and high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverage items such as espresso coffee, coffee latte art, smoothies, waffles, and menu items following standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Assist in kitchen operations to support meal preparation and service efficiency
• Provide customer service and operate cashier duties to ensure positive guest interactions
• Perform dishwashing and general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe cafe environment
• Maintain cafe aesthetics including watering plants and tidying the space
• Assist in inventory stock checks to support accurate stock management
• Support ordering of materials and rostering duties in senior roles to aid operational planning
• Assist the manager with administrative tasks and other business needs as required
• Deliver customer service that meets high-quality standards and maintain 5S housekeeping practices
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards according to SFA food hygiene regulations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, non-halal food service environment with punctuality and a positive, patient attitude
