Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents such as quotations and related administrative tasks
• Manage data entry and processing for product quantities and pricing adjustments
• Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory confirmation, goods receipt, and shipment arrangements via email
• Handle email correspondence with Japan headquarters in Japanese

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or equivalent) for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• Strong English communication skills for email correspondence
• Experience in preparing import/export documentation is an added advantage.
