IT Engineer – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Engineer – Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, system maintenance, networking, and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and customers.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Assemble, upgrade, and repair desktop computers and PCs.
• Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications, and security software.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
• Support backup, antivirus, system updates, and cybersecurity practices.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Assist with website, mobile application, e-commerce, and technology-related operations when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear technical explanations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with PC assembly, RAM, SSD, motherboard, CPU, and GPU installation is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in a retail, service, or technology environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows administration.
• Experience with PC building or computer repairs.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, IP addresses, and network configuration.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
• Basic understanding of data backup and cybersecurity.
