We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client. This is a technical, client-facing role requiring strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills, with excellent opportunities for career growth.

You will work closely with enterprise stakeholders, gathering and translating business and technical requirements into actionable specifications, ensuring solutions meet operational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with internal teams, customers, partners, and vendors to capture business and technical requirements
• Document requirements and develop design, interface, and functional specifications
• Identify potential solution issues early and assess business or operational impacts
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA, and deployment teams throughout the solution development lifecycle
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions align with stakeholder expectations
• Analyse issues during testing or deployment and propose practical fixes or workarounds
• Recommend improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and robustness
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to Project Managers and stakeholders
• Assist in stakeholder communication, change management, and post-deployment support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, automation, security technology, or IT projects
• Strong communication skills to gather, interpret, and convey requirements clearly
• Excellent documentation skills for requirements, design, and use-case documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to issue resolution
• Experience in scoping, prioritising requirements, and assessing solution feasibility
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
