Investment Research

• Developed a comprehensive manager selection framework for equity and fixed income strategies through the implementation of factor-based performance attribution.
• Curated a whitelist of global funds across multiple investment strategies in preparation for the offshore investment advisory platform launch.
• Produced firm-wide weekly global investment house views through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Continuously sourced third-party fund managers across strategies to identify high-potential boutique funds with differentiated capabilities and strong forward-looking prospects.

Business Development

• Collaborated with offshore Relationship Managers to drive client wallet growth and secure new mandates by promoting offshore investment service offerings.
• Engaged clients to assess offshore investment needs, designed bespoke portfolio proposals, and provided ongoing post-sales portfolio monitoring.

Operational

• Executed portfolio trades across client accounts.
• Managed client onboarding processes, including account opening and documentation.

Requirements

• Possess 3 years of relevant experience from wealth management in client advisory and trade execution
• Holds a degree in Finance with a strong background in client engagement & investment advisory
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self driven and efficient in managing multiple tasks within a fast moving environment
