Responsibilities

• Projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, MRT etc
• Work on and actively contribute to the design and development of architectural projects with opportunity to carry through the project through various phases of the project cycle (from concept design, schematic design, design development, construction)
• Coordinate with consultants from various disciplines and clients/stakeholders, and find creative and workable solutions for the project together with the project team
• Be a part of a team for design competitions or design, design presentation packages, design development package and tendering
• Attend and participate in meetings, technical discussions and coordination with contractors/consultants
• Follow-up on project and construction activities as well as to carry out contract administration responsibilities

Requirements

• Architectural degree/masters recognised by Board of Architects Singapore
• Min 2-7 years post graduate professional experience
• Competency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketch-up, In-Design as well as basic rendering, graphics publishing software program
