Job Description:

• In charge of analysing and managing stock and purchase order related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation.
• Responsible for generating and analysiing reports to support demand/forecast/supply information and make appropriate recommendations.
• Understanding the process of forecasting and replenishment of stock planning as well as concepts such as “safety stocks” and “working stocks” to maintain a healthy balance between over stock and out of stock.
• In charge of ensuring smooth coordination with Forwarders, Customs, Vendor, Warehouse etc
• Resposible in assisting in daily coordination with Ops Team and Warehouse.
• Responsible in ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company.
• Working closely with the relevant parties to establish an efficient demand and supply process.
• Managing of stock order and allocation, ensuring stock level across the stores re healthy and within established KPI
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Min 3 years working experience in commercial vehhicle spare parts management or inventory control in the automotive industry
• Experience with inventory control of thousands of line items is required
