Job Summary

You will provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, supporting their early development through daily routines, engaging activities, and thoughtful lesson planning. You will also track developmental progress and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent infant routine care to meet each child’s physical and emotional needs
• Design and conduct engaging activities that promote infant development and curiosity
• Prepare thoughtful lesson plans that support developmental milestones and learning goals
• Complete developmental checklists and maintain portfolios to document each infant’s progress
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and safe environment for infants

Required competencies and certifications

• ACEY Certification
• HCIC Certification
• Relevant Infant Care Certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in early childhood education without prior certifications or experience is welcomed
